I lost my license key, can you resend it to me?
If you happen to lose your license key, you should be able to find the license key in the message we sent to your email. Please
search for "[email protected]" in your mailbox and make sure the email is not marked as spam.
If you didn't find the mail, you can go to "
Find Your License Key" page and retrieve the license key, in this case, your email is required, then the system will resend the license key to your email.
If you forgot the email address you used to register, please contact us at: [email protected], we will try our best to help you out.
Please advise us of the following information when contacting us:
- Your name
- The email address you used when purchasing
- The email address that is bound with the license key
- Is the key bought in a volume purchase program?
( Yes/No)
Remark: If you have multiple emails and are unsure which one you used for the purchase, please provide all possible emails. It helps us to find your purchase order sooner.
