I forgot my folder password, what should I do?
Since the folder password is encrypted, we are unable to retrieve it. But you still can unlock the folder on your own by entering your Eagle license key as the password.
If you still failed to unlock successfully, please contact us ([email protected]), we'll help you out. Please also provide the metadata file as shown in the following:
- Find the library path and "metadata.json" file
- Email to [email protected], and using the format below:
Title: Please help to remove folder password
Content: Please provide "name of the folder to be reset"
Attachment: "metadata.json" file
