Create a library

At the first time of using Eagle, you will see the following screen. You can click the "Start to Use" button to build your first library. If you already have a library on your computer, you can click the "Import the Library on the computer" button to load it.

If possible, do not use special symbols or emojis as the name of the library to avoid abnormal use of the software.
