The save-classify module

By default, the images saved via the extension will be put in the uncategorized  "All" tab in the sidebar,  with this being said, Eagle also provides an option to allow image categorizing while saving the image. You canopt to the popup colleciton window so you won't have to sort in the Eagle interface again.


Enable the Collection Popup Window

  1. Click on the "Eagle extension icon" on the top right corner and select "Preferences"The save-classify module - Knowledge Base | Eagle App
  2. Check the "Ask where to save when saving images" option under the "Collect Settings"The save-classify module - Knowledge Base | Eagle App
  3. Once the change is made, you can save and categorize images at the same time

You can categorize the image as soon as it is saved from the webpage, saving you from the frustration to sort in the Eagle interface again.

Categories

Search or click on the directory where you'd like the image to be saved.

Star Rating

Rate images, the rating could also serve as a filter condition for future u.

Rename

Double-click on the image to rename if you find it necessary.

Notes

You can write down your thoughts, comments, etc. directly in the popup window.

Tags

Select or create the tags you want to add to the image, tags could also be served as search conditions for future use.


Categorize Images into Multiple Folders

If you want to categorize the image you collect from websites, you can use the  "Command / Ctrl" button, please follow the steps below:

  1. Collect the image from websites
  2. Press the "Command / Ctrl" button and select folders
  3. Click the "Save" button
