I have some reasons that I can't use Eagle, can I ask for a refund?

We wish to provide you a top-notch user experience with our product Eagle, and we also don't like to see users pay for a service that is not helping with their productivity. With this in mind, we provide a 30-day free trial when you first time use Eagle to let you try out the functionality Eagle provided thoroughly, and assess whether our product suits your workflow, and make sure the product is working fine on the device you're using.

After purchase, we do not accept the refund as we believe that you should have already made a sufficient assessment of Eagle and deem it helpful and suitable for your workflow. If in any case, a refund is still required due to any special reason after purchase, please submit the refund request to our customer support at [email protected]. Eagle will evaluate your refund request on a case-by-case basis, in case of dispute, Eagle reserves the right of final decision.
